We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead who can independently own all marketing and growth activities from day one. You’ll be the driving force behind how SportAI shows up in the world — blending influencer marketing, social media, events, and content creation with technical, experiment-driven growth.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with the product team to shape and execute product-led growth initiatives. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is highly resourceful, and is excited to make a big impact quickly.

A passion for racket sports (tennis, padel, pickleball) is a major plus — the more you understand the culture, the athletes, and the communities, the better you’ll excel here.

What You'll Do

Marketing (Influencers + Social + Events + Content)
Drive awareness, usage, subscriptions and leads for SportAI consumer and enterprise products
Develop and run our influencer strategy: outreach, partnerships, content coordination.
Build and manage a consistent, engaging presence on social channels popular in sports communities.
Manage paid channels:
- Meta/Instagram/TikTok Ad Manager
- Google Ads / YouTube ads
- CAC/LTV optimization
- Retargeting campaigns
Execute high-impact content creation (video clips, stories, reels, interviews, thought-leadership).
Plan and run community-driven events, meetups, collaborations, and activations within sports — especially racket sports.
Shape brand messaging and voice across all public-facing touchpoints.
Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, editing, repurposing, and experimentation.
Growth (Experiments + Data + Product-Led Growth)
Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to find the biggest opportunities for growth.
Design and run rapid experiments (landing pages, flows, onboarding improvements, channel tests).
Discover, test, and scale new acquisition channels.
Work closely with the product team to develop product-led growth loops, viral mechanics, and features that improve activation and retention.
Build a culture of fast iteration using data, insights, and creativity.
Leverage AI for automation, idea generation, analysis, and optimizing workflows.

Who You Are

Exceptional English language communication skills.
Based in Oslo or willing to relocate.
Hands-on executor who enjoys doing the work themselves — not delegating it.
Comfortable switching between creative storytelling and analytical experimentation.
Deeply curious about how products grow, why users behave as they do, and what drives adoption.
Strong interest or background in racket sports (tennis, padel, pickleball).
Proactive, autonomous, and excited to own marketing without a team initially.
Experienced working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, automation tools, editing assist tools, etc.) to boost speed, creativity, and productivity.
Thrives working directly with founders and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
Wants to grow into a Head of Growth / Marketing leadership role as the company scales.

Qualifications

4-7+ years experience in marketing, growth, or full-stack growth roles.
Demonstrated ability to run experiments and drive measurable user or revenue growth.
Proven experience managing influencers, social media, and content-driven campaigns.
Strong understanding of product-led growth principles.
Able to pull insights from data tools (analytics, dashboards) — even without a data team.
Skilled in using AI tools to accelerate content, research, ideation, and analysis.
Experience in sports, fitness, or performance industries is a strong plus — racket sports experience is ideal.
